Police responded to a intoxicated driver on December 1st. at 3:43 p.m. at the Pantry One. The male, identified as Michael Stofanch, from the 300 block of W. Chester Pike was located and appeared extremely nervous and jittery. Stofanch did not have any odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath, but had the appearance that he may be on something. As Corporal Mark Bascelli spoke with him, he flicked an open cigarette pack behind him. He was taken out of the vehicle and inside the cigarette pack was several open blue wax paper packets. On his person were two more packets, marked Black Moon, the same marking that was on the other packets. The packages contained suspected heroin. Stofanch was taken into custody and the suspected drugs will be sent to the Pennsylvania State Police for drug analysis.
